Our client in the Shipping Industry is seeking a Legal Counsel in their Supply Chain division to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including supply, distribution, logistics, services and procurement.
- Advise on legal risks associated with the sourcing of goods and services, supplier onboarding,
- Support procurement and supply chain teams with legal guidance on vendor relationships, contract performance, and dispute resolution.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide legal advice during audits or investigations involving supply chain activities.
- Assist in the development of standardized templates and best practices for supply chain contracts and processes.
