Responsibilities
- Fleet cards – control of fleet cards, monthly reconciliation and capturing
- Motor vehicle administration – handle license renewals and fuel documentation
- Company cell phones – manage all cell phone contracts, perform monthly reconciliation and usage analysis
- Control of company credit cards
- Insurance – ensure all new items are added to the policy
- Cashbook processing and monthly bank reconciliation
- Capturing non‑stock related supplier invoices
- Send out customer statements and weekly follow up on overdue AR
- Monthly creditors reconciliation
- Completion of vendor applications – review credit vetting and ensure that new contracts are opened in line with financial procedures
- Assist with Stock take – June and December
- Offering support to other departments
- Concur – reviewing and approving claims, issuing cash advances once approved by respective managers
- Assist with foreign payments to group
- Administer ad‑hoc projects as necessary
- Support Finance Lead and daily operations (ad‑hoc)
