Job descriptionLoad Like a Pro : Get stock onto trucks, check for damages, and make sure everything is balanced—because wobbly loads are a no-go. Unload with Care : Offload stock according to the Proof of Delivery (POD) and ensure every item is in its rightful place. Returns Wrangler : Pack returns neatly and securely. On-the-Road Sidekick : Assist the driver with paperwork, deliveries, and keeping the truck clean and presentable. Stock Picker : Help pick and stack stock according to procedures—no damaged goods, no shortcuts. Safety First : Follow Safe Working Procedures and Food Safety Standards (FSSC 22000) like it’s second nature. Housekeeping Hero : Keep the workplace (and truck) clean, tidy, and hazard-free. Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) Ideal (But Not Required) : Code 10 or 14 driver’s license Skills : Stock stacking & loading, communication, teamwork Attributes : Reliable, energetic, presentable, and a natural team player Knowledge : Basic product knowledge, warehouse layout, and stacking / safety procedures Must be physically fit—heavy bags don’t lift themselves Willing to travel long distances with the driver (early starts and overnight stays may be required) Flexible to take on extra tasks as operational needs arise—even outside normal hours
