• Role Overview
• You will be responsible for developing and executing effective leisure sales strategies, managing day-to-day sales operations, and driving revenue growth. With passion, dedication, and creativity, our Sales team transforms the philosophy of luxury hospitality into an unforgettable reality.
• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct site inspections, FAM trips, sales calls, and business entertaining (including occasional after-hours / weekends).
• Build and manage relationships with leisure accounts to generate new and repeat business.
• Support the Area Associate Director of Sales, Leisure with presentations, market research, and sales action plans.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Represent the brand at industry events, maintaining awareness of market trends and building strong networks.
• What You Bring
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar sales role within luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
