Inherent Requirements :
Recruitment and Selection experience
Must be familiar with the Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA and Bargaining Councils)
New business development experience within various industries such as Manufacturing, Agriculture, Logistics, Warehousing, Petrochemical, and Mining
Proven successful sales track record of securing new TES business
Preferred Requirements :
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to communicate effectively with Clients
Develop and nurture client relationships to foster the expansion of business opportunities
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Ensure the attainment of monthly financial goals established by Management delivery for the branch
Proactively engage in cold calling and lead generation to meet specified targets
Conduct daily client meetings in accordance with set targets
Provide exemplary customer service to enhance opportunities for repeat business
Efficiently handle and resolve customer queries
Prepare and present tailored solutions to clients
Demonstrate effective negotiation skills for rates and service fees
Generate and follow up on client quotations, ensuring successful closure
Ability to work at a fast pace
Remain self-motivated and use own initiative
