Are you a customer-focused professional with a knack for technical problem-solving? We’re seeking a Technical Sales Consultant to work remotely while covering the Rustenburg, Pretoria, and Hartbeespoort regions . This role is all about strengthening installer partnerships , delivering on-site technical support, and promoting our full product and service offering. You’ll be the go-to expert in the field, ensuring smooth installations, empowering installers with training, and providing valuable insights to help grow the region.

Key Responsibilities :

Support and empower installers to adopt and promote the product range.
Conduct site visits for installations, troubleshooting, and advanced technical guidance.
Deliver training sessions and drive installer enablement.
Log all interactions, activities, and feedback in CRM systems.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to inform strategy.

What We’re Looking For :

Matric (Senior Certificate) – Technical Diploma or N4 in Electrical / Electronic Engineering is advantageous.

At least 3 years’ experience in technical sales or field support (preferably in access automation or electronic security).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Self-driven with effective territory management skills.

A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential - petrol will be compensated.
