What we’re looking for :
To supervise the performance and maintenance of the activities of the van sales representatives in order to achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organisation plans.Achieving profit target for the area by manage the day to day execution of selling strategy in sales through Business development reps and One person routes.Strong internal liaison with warehouse to ensure 100% on time delivery to customers and external liaison with 3rd Party Merchandising function to ensure execution in trade according to EDGE principlesResponsible for growing volume and value and driving market share as per KPI’sEnsuring effective distribution of product to all outlets, to achieve customer satisfaction at all timesEnsure customer visits and work withs conducted as per KPI requirement in geographic areaReport to Regional sales operations Manager with matrix reporting to Area Sales Manager wholesale and RetailAchieve customer compliancy rate weekly as per company standardResponisble to achieving targetsMandate management . deals and claimsResponsible for investment managementInstore ExecutionCustomer call implementation and controlsRoute RidingOrder ManagementEnsure Service Levels are adhered toResponsible for Returns and PalletsEnsure appropriate caoshining and performance management is aimplemneted and adhered tooResponible for Reports eg. Open Orders , PACE , Utilisation ReportsConducting Sales MeetingsLead and direct team to achieve net objectives on a monthly basis Team leaderQualifications
What will qualify you for the role :
Business related 3 year diploma or degree(sales, marketing, business management)3-5 years Managerial experience in FMCG environmentValid Code 8 licenseSales / Retail / Business Development jobs
