Job descriptionAls erfahrener Softwareentwickler bist du verantwortlich für die technische Leitung von innovativen Projekten Du erarbeitest technische Konzepte und Frontend-Architekturen Für die Aufnahme kundenspezifischer Anforderungen stimmst du dich eng mit den Kunden und dem Projektmanagement ab und realisierst diese gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen Als erfahrener Teamplayer leitest du deine Kollegen an und stehst ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite Nicht zuletzt koordinierst du auch unsere internationalen Projektteams Remote Work Policy ermöglicht deutschlandweites Arbeiten im Büro, von zu Hause, im Schwarzwald oder an der Nordsee Strukturiertes Onboarding Welcome Lunch und Networking mit dem Team Mentor zur Unterstützung ab Tag eins Eigenverantwortliches, agiles Arbeiten in interdisziplinären Teams Weiterentwicklung durch neue Herausforderungen, aktuelle Technologien und individuelle Fortbildungen Hardware nach Wunsch Regelmäßige Knowledge-Sharing-Sessions und Unit Meetings Durch mehrjährige Erfahrung bist du Profi in der SAP UI5 Entwicklung Du bist begeistert von der SAP-Welt und bringst ein ganzheitliches SAP-Verständnis mit Offen für Themen wie SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP SuccessFactors oder ähnliche Lösungen Idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP Fiori und Fiori Designprinzipien Kundenorientiertes Handeln & Denken Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
