Facilitator (HRD) HSEC New

Overview

In this role you will be responsible for :

• Reporting to the Business Partner (HRD) and be responsible for all functions relating to the position Facilitator (HRD) HSEC
• Performing facilitation and assessment and constantly ensure that high quality theoretical and practical training is presented at the training centre
• Compliance with the company’s HSEC system is essential
• Ensuring implementation of management decisions, legal requirements, and the company standards / policies

About you

About you :

Grade 12

Computer Literacy

Relevant formal training qualification (Assessor / Facilitator certificate or alternately Train the Trainer certificate)

Minimum of three (2) years’ experience as a facilitator within the mining environment

Proficient in English written language
