Execute the overall brand and marketing strategy across the business.Design, propose, and implement campaigns that directly support the brand objectives.Apply Above-the-Line (ATL) Marketing marketing expertise across print, premium brand, and healthcare contexts.Support and execute marketing, advertising, and communication initiatives in line with company goals.Coordinate and brief tasks effectively as part of the marketing plans for assigned brands.Plan and deliver field marketing and activations with precision and consistency.Manage the workflow of marketing material requests between HODs and the Marketing Production Team.Oversee stakeholder engagement for approvals and decision-making to ensure smooth execution.Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials to the relevant departments.Customer Journey & Experience - Map and understand key touchpoints across the customer journey, and support in the development and own the execution of strategies that improve engagement and satisfaction at each stage.Performance Tracking & Agility - Monitor and analyse the performance of all marketing collateral. Optimise campaigns and discover new opportunities to engage customers effectively.Requirements
Qualifications
Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or a related field would be highly beneficial.Experience and Knowledge
Proven experience within a similar role.Experience in marketing across multiple industries will be an advantage.Digital marketing experience (Social Media, Google Ads, campaign management, lead capturing, SEO).Skills & Attributes
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.Highly organized with excellent project management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.Specific Requirements
