Overview

We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist with strong creative instincts and a knack for copywriting to support day-to-day brand communications and campaign execution. This role is ideal for someone who’s equally comfortable writing scroll-stopping social content, crafting compelling email copy, and collaborating with designers to bring marketing assets to life.

You’ll work closely with marketers, project leads, and creatives to develop messaging and content that not only looks great—but converts.

Key Responsibilities

Write engaging, conversion-driven copy for a variety of channels including paid ads, landing pages, social media, and email campaigns
Collaborate with designers to develop high-quality creative assets that align with both brand identity and campaign objectives
Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging
Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, email automations, and promotional workflows
Conduct audience and market research to inform campaign messaging and positioning
Monitor content performance across channels and make strategic recommendations for optimization

Requirements

2-4+ years of experience in marketing, copywriting, or content creation

Strong writing skills across multiple formats (short-form social posts, long-form content, email marketing, and ad copy)

Familiarity with visual tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms

Solid understanding of social media strategy and experience with content planning / scheduling tools

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities

Fluent in English, with excellent grammar, tone flexibility, and editing skills
