We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Junior Corporate Commercial Law Attorney to join our client's legal team in Randburg

POSITION INFO

Minimum requirements :

• Experience (including during articles) in corporate and commercial law
• Newly admitted to 2 Years post article candidates are welcome to apply
• Assist with mergers , acquisitions , and corporate restructuring transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts , agreements , and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and company law
• Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies , and other stakeholders
• Assist in dispute resolution and litigation processes where necessary
