Job descriptionLead and manage the Finance team, ensuring strong governance and reporting Oversee financial systems, processes, and controls to protect assets and deliver insights Develop and manage a financial calendar to meet key deadlines Produce and present regular financial reports and forecasts Ensure robust stock control across biological, WIP, and finished goods Monitor product pricing, discounting, and profitability Drive cost efficiency and manage capex with clear business cases Manage treasury and taxation, including cash flow forecasting and tax optimisation Oversee risk management including insurance, FX hedging, and working capital Ensure timely and accurate group reporting
