Front of House Manager – Greater Kruger
Salary : R15,000 – R16,000 (Negotiable DOE) | Live-In
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join a luxury private nature reserve in the Greater Kruger area. This role requires a dynamic individual who is equally strong in guest relations and administration, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the lodge.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold the lodge’s high standards of hospitality
- Manage all front of house operations, including check-ins, guest billing, and general administration
- Oversee and manage stock control and ordering processes using the Tall Order system
- Handle guest billing and front office operations through the Benson PMS system
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
- Support the management team with reporting, administrative duties, and day-to-day lodge coordination
Requirements
