Overview

Front of House Manager – Greater Kruger

Salary : R15,000 – R16,000 (Negotiable DOE) | Live-In

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join a luxury private nature reserve in the Greater Kruger area. This role requires a dynamic individual who is equally strong in guest relations and administration, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the lodge.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold the lodge’s high standards of hospitality
  • Manage all front of house operations, including check-ins, guest billing, and general administration
  • Oversee and manage stock control and ordering processes using the Tall Order system
  • Handle guest billing and front office operations through the Benson PMS system
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
  • Support the management team with reporting, administrative duties, and day-to-day lodge coordination

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar front of house management role within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience with Tall Order and Benson PMS advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Valid driver’s licence and own transport essential

  • Live-in accommodation (basic, furnished, private unit)
  • R3,200 monthly meal allowance
  • 50% Medical Aid contribution after successful 3-month probation
