As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment cycle. Where you will offer expert guidance and support to candidates seeking to make a change in their career, as well as connect with existing and new clients to ensure that their vision is met by adding the right individual to their team.
Strategically develop new business
Consult with employers to understand their needs and provide market knowledge and advice on recruitment
Provide advise to candidates on their job search, careers, interview styles and CVs
Manage the recruitment process from initial interaction through to offer stage
Skills & Experience :
Experience working in a services industry dealing directly with clients
OR
Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience
Qualification : Matric
Completed bachelor's degree
