Job Title : Sales Detailing Assistant

Report to : Sales Manager

Job Purpose

Detailing of potential orders, providing a 3D model for client’s perspective to review and approve. Assisting in detailing process by obtaining relevant information. Providing project progress updates weekly relating to detailing.

Duties

• Acquiring detailed information from the Sales Team to create 3D Model for potential clients to assist in the sales process.
• 3D Model to assist with sheeting levels, door positions, Polycarp layout, ventilation, window openings, etc. This information is to be shared with clients & architects for approval.
• Contact Engineers to receive approved construction drawings, connection details, foundation design, and any relevant information needed to detail the project completely
• Contact architects to receive dwg drawings to confirm layouts of structure, column positions, door positions, sheeting levels etc.
• All drawings to be sent to the relevant Salesperson for approval before submitting to client, engineer & architect
• Assist appointed detailing specialist with all received information from professionals, clients and sales team
• Update weekly project Register
