Pezula Nature Retreat is a luxurious haven located in Knysna, South Africa. It is known for its pristine landscapes, indigenous forests, and breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. The retreat offers a serene and immersive experience with nature, while also providing high-end accommodations and world-class amenities, making it a sought-after destination for those seeking tranquillity and indulgence. We are seeking for an ambitious individual to join our dynamic sales team to build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

What is required:

As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue and foster partnerships with key trade agents within the industry and corporate companies. Your focus will be on cultivating strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, MICE companies, production companies, government institutions, and other relevant businesses to promote and sell Pezula Nature Retreat.

Minimum Requirements:

• ?Grade 12 or equivalent.
• ?Diploma / degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a relevant discipline is preferred but not mandatory
• ?Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably within the hospitality industry or a related field.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level.
• ?Opera Experience and knowledge preferred.
• ?Communications – must be a strong communicator in verbal and written forms.
• ?Above average efficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• ?Valid drivers’ licence & own roadworthy vehicle.
• ?Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of the golf and / or wellness industries
