This role offers incredible varietyfrom ADL and VOC assessments to workplace evaluations and returntowork planning. No two days are the same! Youll be part of a tightknit team making a real impact on workers lives by helping them return to meaningful employment.

What will you be doing as an Occupational Therapist at KINNECT

• Assess workers with physical and psychological injuries to determine the best pathway for recovery and return to work.
• Conduct workplace assessments to evaluate job demands and create tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Prepare reports that provide clear recommendations using your clinical observations for returntowork strategies.
• Complete Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assessments including service coordination and equipment prescription.
• Manage complex injury cases collaborating with doctors health professionals and employers to assist the injured worker recover and return to work / life.

Youll also oversee and contribute to injury prevention services such as :

• PreEmployment Assessments (including drug & alcohol audiology spirometry vision and functional testing).
• Job Dictionary Development creating detailed job role documentation to support workplace rehabilitation.
• Manual Task Risk Assessments and Interactive Manual Handling Training.
• Workplace home and vehicle ergonomic assessments to promote safer work environments.
