As a Systems Enablement Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering technology-driven solutions that support our pay-as-you-go sales, billing, and customer-facing platforms. From translating business needs into functional specifications to supporting critical systems, you’ll be involved in the full project lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Work closely with product and business teams to gather and analyse requirements, especially around mobile apps and customer-facing systems.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical documentation and specifications.
- Analyse and document API workflows and integration points.
- Lead IT-related projects from planning to delivery, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Provide platform support and troubleshooting for systems such as Splynx.
- Keep documentation up to date, including process flows, API specs, and user guides.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Support change management and user training to ensure successful system adoption.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on multiple simultaneous projects.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.At least 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally within telecommunications or a tech product environment.Hands-on experience with RADIUS and FreeRADIUS for authentication and network access control.Hands-on experience with pay-as-you-go platforms like Splynx is a strong plus.Strong working knowledge of API concepts and workflows.Comfortable writing SQL queries and navigating Microsoft SQL Server environments.Strong communicator, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.Prior experience supporting customer-facing systems and pay-as-you-go models will be beneficial.#J-18808-Ljbffr
