Archers College has the following position available

DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS :

• Able to teach across a range of subjects (or a strong major subject; comfortable with the Intermediate and Senior Phase learner profile;
• A recognized professional teaching qualification;
• Previous teaching experience or a willingness to embrace and grow within the phase;
• SACE registered with the requisite clearance certificates;
• Knowledgeable with the drive and passion for developing and caring for younger children;
• An open and creative outlook to education;
• Easily adaptable;
• Proficient in the use of technology (specifically in the use of the iPad) or willing to learn;
• Self‑motivated team player with excellent communication skills;
• A willingness to constantly develop inspiring teaching material and lesson plans;
• Work along with the school’s inclusivity approach;
• Willingness and commitment to contribute to extra‑curricular, sports and outdoor programmes where required to do so;
• Incorporate the values, ethos and values of the school;
• Keep abreast of developments in all areas of the profession;
• Be willing to participate in professional development on a regular basis;
• Must be passionate, always willing to go the “extra mile” and prefer to work in a smaller school environment.

STARTING DATE : January 2026
