Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team in Moorreesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with at least 5 years of proven management experience and expertise in plastic injection moulding is essential.

Location : Moorreesburg, West Coast

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
  • Manage and lead production staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and improve production processes to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of production management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of plastic injection moulding processes.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
