About the Role
Verve Voyage (Transport Chauffeur Services) is looking for a Trainee Transport Administrator to assist in the coordination of chauffeur bookings and daily operations.
This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is ready to learn, grow, and gain valuable administrative and operational experience in a professional and fast‑paced environment.
You’ll work closely with the Transport Administrator and Chauffeur Manager to ensure smooth scheduling, client satisfaction, and efficient service delivery across all rides.
In addition, the Trainee Transport Administrator will be responsible for monitoring, recording, and reporting on driver KPIs daily — including punctuality, vehicle standards, client service, safety compliance, and trip reporting accuracy — in line with the Verve Voyage Performance Management Framework.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Tasks Include
Review scheduled rides and confirm details
Track ongoing trips and handle last‑minute client or schedule changes
Confirm bookings for the next day

Professional, reliable, and eager to learn.
No prior experience required — training will be provided.
Training Provided
Practical exposure to transport coordination and booking systems.
Hands‑on guidance in client communication, KPI monitoring, and scheduling.
Development of administrative and operations management skills.
Training on the Verve Voyage KPI framework for daily driver performance tracking.
Potential for full‑time placement after successful training.
