Responsibilities :
- Assist retail and trade customers at the front counter
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with panel shops and trade customers
- Manage quotations, process orders, and conduct timely follow-ups
- Ensure accurate sales transactions and support the wider Parts Department team
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the trade and retail segments
Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in same or similar role in an automotive dealership as a front counter / internal parts salesmanStrong knowledge of automotive parts (German brands advantageous)Proven track record in parts sales and customer serviceExisting client baseExperience in managing both front counter (retail) customers and panel shop / trade clientsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsTarget-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAlso open to considering a junior candidate who demonstrates :
