Job Description :
Implement finance policies across the school network
Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate depreciation
Monitor and report on cost control risks (OPEX and CAPEX)
Analyse costs and provide management with statistical insights
Manage purchase orders end-to-end (PO through to payment)
Support procurement processes, including quotes and price negotiations
Process invoices for OPEX and CAPEX, ensuring compliance with finance policies
Oversee accrual management and insurance claims
Manage inter-company accounts between schools and Head Office
Perform supplier reconciliations and manage supplier contracts
Administer e-wallets and credit cards per company policies
Ensure GL accounts (Opex, Rent & Rates, Trade Creditors, Fixed Assets, etc.) are accurate
Prepare accruals, savings, and contingencies listings
Skills & Experience :
Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience (AP or procurement focus preferred)
Relevant qualification in Accounting / Bookkeeping
Strong knowledge of general accounting and procurement processes
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting packages
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong financial and reconciliation skills
Qualification :
Relevant Accounting / Bookkeeping qualification
Procurement or accounts payable experience essential
