Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our recruitment services team. Based in South Africa, you will be responsible for making 50-60 calls a day to companies in the UK, selling our recruitment services. This role is heavily focused on cold calling and requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and strong sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cold Calling : Make 50-60 calls daily to potential clients in the UK to introduce and sell our recruitment services.
- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify leads through research and cold calling.
- Sales Pitch : Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to decision-makers.
- Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Sales Targets : Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our services.
- Feedback : Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends, customer needs, and potential improvements.
Qualifications and Skills :
Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the recruitment industry.Education : Grade 12Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Sales Skills : Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.Resilience : High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection.Self-Motivation : Self-driven with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets.Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Time Management : Excellent organizational and time management skills.Remote Work : Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.What We Offer :
