Job description

Duties :

  • Responsible for performing assigned work, including accurate diagnosis of faults and issues.
  • Attend factory-sponsored training classes to maintain technical competence and stay updated with OEM technical bulletins.
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles in line with OEM standards.
  • Utilize OEM-provided resources for accurate diagnosis and repair.
  • Guide, mentor, and transfer knowledge to other technicians within the workshop.

Experience / Skills :

  • Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician (Passenger Vehicles).
  • Completed the OEM-specific Master Technician training program and deemed competent.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a qualified technician.
  • Computer literate.
  • Familiar with company and industry safety procedures and strict adherence when working on vehicles and equipment.
  • Must own the minimum required hand tools.
  • Experience in a high-volume brand will be advantageous.
  • Experience with BSI systems will be beneficial.
