• Provide strategy, support, and mentorship to junior team members while ensuring successful delivery of assigned work.
• Troubleshoot production issues to identify defects and understand business requirements and system specifications.
• Monitor and set-up test environments, assisting DevOps, and facilitating continuous testing.
• Add or update tests within a test automation framework and enhance test suites with new classes and functions.
• Write advanced SQL statements and stored procedures to support test automation, and create test packs and testing procedures.
• Execute automation tests, review and report results to stakeholders, and document system defects using tracking tools.
