Key Responsibilities and Skills
What You’ll Do
The Centre of Excellence (COE) drives strategy and delivers high-impact, tailored support to a key client account daily. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :
Perform detailed audits of internal work, checking for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to service standards.Act as a critical eye for detail, spotting inconsistencies and logging errors or concerns systematically.Maintain and update detailed QA logs to track performance and recurring issues.Provide constructive feedback to teams or managers and highlight coaching needs.Collaborate with People & Ops and Account Management to share quality insights and root cause analysis.Analyse audit data to identify patterns, inform learning needs, and contribute to service optimisation.Support the evolution of QA frameworks and define / refine audit standards.Contribute quality insights into service or product lifecycle discussions, highlighting where workflows or deliverables can evolve.About You

What You’ll Need
Your experience is key, but your attitude is what sets you apart.
Essential :
Prior experience in QA, auditing, or internal service evaluation roles.Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical, observant approach.Strong written skills for reporting and documenting findings.Comfortable delivering constructive feedback and influencing internal improvements.Proficient with QA or tracking tools (e.g., Excel, internal QA software).Curious and solutions-driven, always looking to refine how services are delivered.Desirable :
Familiarity with Google Suite, CRM platforms and booking systems.Experience in process improvement and creating efficiencies.Work Remotely

Important Details
Schedule : Monday–Friday, aligned with UK time zones (including daylight savings).Location : Fully remote, with a reliable fibre internet connection. Future office-based work may be required in Johannesburg, Cape Town or Durban.Public Holidays : Work according to the UK calendar.Job Type
