About the Role
Our client, a leading organisation in the insurance industry, is seeking a dynamic and confident Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong personality, not afraid of conflict, and possess excellent emotional intelligence to manage high-level executive support with professionalism. This temporary position offers the potential for permanent placement based on performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide executive support to C-suite leaders, managing complex calendars, schedules, and communication.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning.
- Serve as a liaison between the executives and internal / external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Proactively manage issues and conflicts, offering solutions and maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless operational support.
- Anticipate needs and provide high-level administrative assistance as required.
Qualifications & Skills :
Proven experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives in the insurance industry .Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle conflict effectively.Discretion and ability to manage confidential information.Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools.A proactive attitude with the ability to think ahead and solve problems independently.Education / Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).Relevant certifications in administrative support or project management (e.g., Executive Assistant certifications, Office Management, etc.) are an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
