Summary
Responsible for deploying solutions for operational improvements ranging from job costing, inventory management, warehouse management, Bill of materials management, ERP integration, payroll systems, timekeeping systems and Power Bi ensuring alignment with operational goals and industry best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in either Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration
- CIMA is advantagous
- Minimum of five years of experience in within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience implementing ERP systems, warehouse management systems and modules for inventory and costing
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, materials flow, and production costing
- Preferred experience with SAP or Syspro
- Knowledge of data integration and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL)

Project Leadership :
Lead end-to-end project management for system implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closureSystem Implementation :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, finance, IT, sales, CSS, operations and supply chain to gather requirements and ensure successful adoptionVendor Coordination :
Manage relationships with software vendors and implementation partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryProcess Optimisation :
Analyse current workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and traceabilityTraining & Support :
Develop training materials and lead sessions for end-users to ensure smooth transition and system utilisationRisk Management :
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operationsReporting & Documentation :
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to leadershipDesign and develop interactive dashboards with software suppliers for analytical reports that transform raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making by managementJob costing :
