Location : TBWA South Africa | Work Hours : CAT with EST overlap required (10 : 30am – 6 : 30pm) | Work Hours : EST / CAT overlap required

Work structure : Contracted by TBWA HL but deployed to BBDO Atlanta / Dobbino.

Reports to : Social-First CD TBWA SA (Remote) & BBDO Atlanta Dobbino ECD, with dotted line to Hunt Lascaris CCO.

The Role

As Senior Social Copywriter, you’ll write and shape stories that break through the noise. You’ll partner with art directors, strategists, and creators to deliver work that’s sharp, social-first, and always in tune with what people care about now.

Responsibilities

• Write and concept for digital, social, and integrated campaigns.
• Adapt brand voices for different platforms and audiences—making every word count.
• Collaborate closely with Atlanta and South African teams on strategy and execution.
• Stay obsessed with trends, memes, and emerging cultural moments.
• Present, defend, and evolve your work based on feedback and insights.
• Mentor junior writers and help build a culture of creativity and learning.
