Job Summary

Provide specialist advice and support in the implementation / development of operational planning and associated service delivery processes, methods and techniques.

Job Description

• Stakeholder Management : Actively promote and manage the collaborative engagement of internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, clients, service providers, business partners and other Absa entities.
• Customer Service and Retention : Use the Financial Needs Analysis tool (standardised format) to conduct a comprehensive risk evaluation for the client. Discuss various possible solutions and options available with the client and thereafter recommend the most appropriate solution(s) to address any gaps. Generate and discuss the appropriate solution in writing (quotation) with the client, complete the necessary documentation.
• Compliance and Risk Management : Determine reasons for the problems. FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements Applicable to this Role (Advice and Intermediary Service). FSCA-Approved Qualification Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5) Experience As Per the FAIS Act Product-Specific Training once onboarded. Class Of Business Training Continuous Professional Development Attest To Honesty, Integrity, and Good Standing.

Education

Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications : Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
