You're equal parts analytical and creative, with a knack for turning customer data into smart, engaging campaigns. You get a kick out of spotting patterns in performance metrics, love a clean, responsive email template, and believe A / B testing isn't optional, it's essential. Whether you're coordinating with creatives, fine-tuning copy in Asana, or checking how emails render across devices (because yes, it does matter), you bring order to chaos and clarity to complexity. You're detail-driven, curious by nature, and always thinking one step ahead, especially when it comes to keeping customers engaged and coming back for more.

Responsibilities :

Assist in CRM strategy execution :

• Support the CRM Manager in executing CRM strategies aligned with the overarching marketing goals, aimed at achieving customer retention and revenue growth targets
• Help craft CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement, increase cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and work towards preventing subscriber and customer dormancy.
