Reputable Construction firm is offering the following opportunity which will give you the exposure you desire in terms of getting your Health & Safety career within the construction arena off the ground!

One would describe you as a reliable, self-managed, punctual, diligent, enthusiastic, organized, and positive individual who takes direction well and also has the ability to manage others.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Manage all H&S aspects of all sites.
• Manage site specific safety reps.
• Oversee the following :
• Ensure all inductions are complete.
• Maintain the perimeter hoarding and look of the site.
• Daily site safety inspections.
• Updating safety registers.
• Holding toolbox talk meetings with Labour teams.
• Produce monthly safety reports.
• Produce any fines to sub-contractors not working safely.
• Inspect all PPE (personal protective equipment).
• Have a first aid course.
• Be the first aider on site.
• Manage incidents and emergency procedures.
