Job Description
We are looking for a detail-orientated and proactive Administrator to support engagement and operations across Discovery Vitality and Vitality Drive and Vitality Money behavioural programmes.The role involves coordinating member communication, managing data,tracking engagement, and assisting with programme initiatives to encourage healthier, safer behaviours.
Key Responsibilities (KPI's)
- Assist with onboarding and support for Vitality Drive, Vitality and Vitality money members
- Coordinate communications (emails, SMS,etc.) to boost engagement
- Track member activity and engagement metrics
- Support issue resolution and respond to member queries
- Maintain and update relevant programme data and reports
- Assist with campaign roll-outs and event logistics
- Liaise with internal teams for programme support and improvements
Requirements
Grade 12 and higher qualificationStrong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent communication (written and verbal)Tech-savvy, comfortable with working with CRM systems, Excel and online platformsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksPassion for wellness, health, and behaviour-change programmes
