Instead, youll focus on persuasive conversations, accurate data collection, and CRM updates to support business growth. Hours : 07h30 - 16h00

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain the organisations CRM database (Zoho) through telephonic and online research.
• Adapt conversations to meet daily and weekly KPI targets.
• Conduct deep research on prospects via Google, LinkedIn, and supplied lists.
• Record accurate information and updates in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily call volume and database quality targets.
• Participate in team events, company outings, and projects.
• Work independently to deliver results while contributing to a collaborative team.
