About the Position
The Admin & Sales Assistant supports warehouse operations by performing administrative, operational, and sales‑related tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager. The role requires accuracy, excellent customer service, and strong communication to ensure smooth daily operations within the warehouse. Located in Tshiame / Industriqwa / Harrismith.

Requirements
Grade 12 or NQF4 (a logistics / warehousing diploma will be an advantage)Experience in a bulk or break‑bulk warehousing / distribution environmentSales and administrative experience (advantageous)Fluent in Sesotho / Zulu, English, and Afrikaans (advantageous)Computer literate in Microsoft OfficeStrong numerical abilityExcellent customer service orientationSense of urgency and attention to detailAbility to perform manual labour when requiredWillingness to work overtime if necessaryEagerness to learn and be trainedAdherence to warehouse rules and housekeeping standardsDuties and Responsibilities
Perform daily administrative functions including printing and managing picking slips, invoices, and POD documentationCheck and verify all orders before dispatch and ensure all related documents are returned and filed correctlyScan and upload PODs onto the accounting systemHandle telephone duties specific to warehouse operations, including quoting and responding to sales queriesRelay instructions and communicate effectively with the picking and loading teamsLiaise with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth service deliverySupport stock control activities, including monthly stock takesUphold warehouse safety, housekeeping, and security standards at all timesPerform operational and ad‑hoc tasks as required by the Warehouse ManagerProvide ongoing, exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholdersSkills Required
