Supply Chain Assistant - Remote
Our UK client is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to support order processing, stock management, and purchasing activities within a fast-paced supply chain environment.
POSITION INFO : Responsibilities :
- Process customer orders, sales orders, deliveries, and dispatch coordination
- Liaise with warehouses, customers, and suppliers to resolve shortages, queries, returns, and delivery issues
- Raise and check customer and logistics invoices, querying discrepancies where required
- Monitor stock levels, rotations, expiry dates, and allocations, escalating risks early
- Perform stock reconciliations, adjustments, and transfers in inventory systems
- Support purchasing by raising purchase orders, booking inbound deliveries, and reconciling received stock
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation
- Support month-end processes and follow standard operating procedures
