Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responds immediately to machinery and equipment breakdowns, problems, and repairs
- Conducts proactive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Performs machine cleaning and start-up / shutdown procedures
- Assists in assembling, installing, and repairing facility machinery
- Undertakes basic electrical maintenance tasks and repairs
- Performs general maintenance tasks including landscaping, plumbing, and carpentry
- Identifies low stock of spares and places orders accordingly
- Observes safety regulations and good manufacturing practices
