Camp Manager

We are looking for a visionary manager to take the reins, embody the camp's ethos, and inspire a world-class team to deliver the highest standards of service, conservation, and soulful hospitality. The camp will have seven new suites, one honeymoon suite, one existing suite in the old main building. Catering for 18 guests in total.

Please note : This camp will only open in Feb / March 2026

Candidate requirements :

• At least 5 years of management experience in a luxury lodge / camp or hotel operations
• Own transport and driver's license is essential
• South African citizenship or a valid work permit required
• Strong wine, food and beverage operations knowledge
• Must have an interest in natural areas and activities associated with the area
• Strong financial acumen (ability to manage budgets and control costs)
• Must be able to multitask, be flexible to changing nature of business, and be able to think on your feet
