Lodge Manager

Overview :

A luxury game lodge is seeking a highly experienced Senior Lodge Manager to oversee all aspects of lodge operations. This role requires a strong leader with a background in both five-star lodges and five-star hotels bringing together exceptional hospitality standards operational expertise and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the lodge ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all departments.
• Lead and inspire staff fostering a culture of excellence professionalism and teamwork.
• Maintain the highest standards of guest service ensuring personalized five-star experiences.
• Manage budgets financial reporting and cost control measures effectively.
• Oversee food & beverage service housekeeping front-of-house and guest relations.
• Drive staff training development and performance management.
• Implement and uphold health safety and compliance standards across the lodge.
• Work closely with ownership and senior management to achieve long-term strategic goals.

Requirements

Requirements :

Requirements : Minimum of 5 7 years senior management experience within luxury hospitality. Proven track record in both five-star lodges and five-star hotels. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, reporting, and cost control. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Exceptional guest service orientation with a strong eye for detail. Well-versed in luxury hospitality trends, standards, and best practices. Ability to thrive in a remote environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
