Senior Sales Engineer

Salary: Market Related/Negotiable

A leading engineering and manufacturing company serving the hard rock and underground mining sector is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to manage and grow business in the Rustenburg region.
This role requires a strong technical sales background and the ability to build long-term relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer base in the Rustenburg area
• Develop new business opportunities and increase market share
• Provide technical advice and solution-based selling to customers
• Conduct site visits customer meetings and product presentations
• Prepare quotations proposals and follow up on orders
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
• Work closely with internal technical and operational teams to ensure service delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales (mining/industrial environment preferred)
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical products and provide application guidance
• Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel locally
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
