Key Responsibilities
- Drive business process strategy, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Lead process improvement initiatives in collaboration with the PMO.
- Analyse and optimise enterprise-wide processes to boost efficiency.
- Establish and manage a BPM Centre of Excellence.
- Monitor quality assurance and compliance across processes.
Minimum Requirements
B Degree / B Tech plus Business Process Professional Certification.8+ years’ relevant experience in BPM and process transformation.Proven track record in enterprise-wide process management.Experience establishing a BPM Centre of Excellence.Why Apply?
