Account Manager – Creative Performance Agency (Remote : US & Europe)

About Us

We’re a creative performance agency partnering with high-growth D2C brands across Europe and the US. Through world-class ad creative, sharp media buying, and deep customer insight, we help brands grow profitably and sustainably.

Now, we’re hiring a sharp, proactive Account Manager to own client relationships and help drive long-term success.

This isn’t a “middleman” role. You’ll be at the center of the pod, coordinating strategy, delivery, and communication to keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring clarity, trust, and momentum at every touchpoint. Inside each pod, you’ll work closely with a Growth Strategist and Creative Strategist to align priorities, remove friction, and keep performance on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead client relationships across multiple D2C accounts
  • Communicate performance, priorities, and timelines clearly and confidently
  • Align internal pod teams (growth + creative) around shared goals and deadlines
  • Monitor key pod performance KPIs : Retention / Churn Rate — foster long-term trust, On-Time Delivery — keep execution fast and frictionless, NPS / Feedback — ensure we’re creating fans, not just results, Issue Resolution — spot bottlenecks early and solve proactively
  • Coordinate deliverables, campaign launches, and approvals across pod members
  • Drive internal accountability and remove blockers so creative and growth can move faster
  • Support upsells, renewals, and strategic expansion opportunities where relevant

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing multiple D2C clients in an agency or growth setup
  • Confident communicator who builds trust fast and sets clear expectations
  • Organised and proactive — you hate letting things fall through the cracks
  • Comfortable juggling creative, performance, and strategic comms across teams
  • Understands both creative and media workflows , and how to bridge them
  • Able to turn growth goals into coordinated deliverables and internal actions
