Junior Transaction Analyst - Middle Office Support

Our finance recruitment desk is currently recruiting for a Junior Transaction Analyst (Middle Office Administrative Support). Our client is a niche credit provider with a focus on property secured and development finance in the major metropoles of South Africa.

Location : Cape Town, Southern Suburbs

Role Purpose :

Provide administrative and operational support to the deal-making team to ensure smooth transaction execution, accurate record-keeping, and efficient coordination between internal teams, clients, and external service providers. The role will work closely with the credit and finance team.

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred but not essential).
• 4-5 years experience in an administrative, operations, or middle-office role (financial services or property-related preferred).
• Familiarity with loan documentation and property transactions advantageous.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

The ideal candidate has a proven track record contributing to the success of implementing and maintaining an unlisted credit loan book. The candidate should be familiar with the various stakeholders involved in a Property / Development Finance transaction.
