A Sales Executive (Print and Packaging) will be responsible for bringing in new sales to the business and fulfilling excellent customer service duties.
Focus Areas :
- Developing new business relationships with new prospective customers to gain ongoing market share.
- Use strong negotiation selling skills to propose, sell, and deliver profitable solutions.
- Meeting monthly sales targets through cold call, lead management, make sales appointments and follow up.
- Present and discuss the products and services of the company in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and fulfilment of customer needs.
- Think strategically, solve complex problems and offer and present solutions to clients that solve business and marketing needs in addition to print needs.
- Understand and comply with the sales system / program in place.
- Effectively communicate with customers and provide continuous track and monitoring reports for each job.
- Achieve agreed monthly sales targets.
- Actively sources new clients and build stake holder relationships as per monthly targets.
- Service and retain existing clients.
- Liaise with clients through the sales and production process, making sure clients receive comprehensive feedback.
Essential and Mandatory Requirements
Matric certificateMust have a minimum 3 to 5 years sales experience in printing and packaging IndustryKnowledge of software such as MS, CRM Database SystemsOwn Vehicle / Reliable Transport to use for work purposesPreferred skills and experience
