Job descriptionGeneral Repairs : Maintenance of the maintenance issues, including carpentry, drywalls repairs. Maintenance tasks : Perfuming routine maintenance such as cleaning, painting, floor inspections and upkeep of the equipment. Building and installation : Building and repairing cabinets, counters, closets and other fixtures. Problem solving : Identifying and addressing maintenance issues, often requiring analytical thinking and quick problem solving. Computer literate : MS Office and other building maintenance application. Safety and compliance : Adhering to safety regulations, ensuring proper storage of materials and following company policies. Communication and Coordination : communicating with clients and management regarding repairs and maintenance needs Take responsibility for personal growth by actively developing and enhancing relevant skills and competencies.
