Retail Admin Assistant

Requirements :

Matric

At least 3 years working experience within Logistics, Warehouse or Retail space

Ability to work accurately with general orders

Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

Ability to deliver

Computer literate

Duties :

• Manage the stock on the website - 200 items
• Act as Warehouse Manager
• Handling picking, packing and dispatching of orders
• Update order statuses in the website backend
• Reconciling PayFast and PayPal
• Managing customer communication
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
