Job descriptionCollection of outstanding debtor accounts Reconciliation of customer and control accounts Preparation of debit & credit notes and journals Daily processing and management of debit orders Credit vetting and obtaining trade references Loading invoices and managing client portals (Coupa, Ariba, etc.)
Minimum requirements :
- Matric
- Certificate / Diploma in Credit Management or equivalent experience would be advantageous
- 3 Years Credit Management experience
- Experience working with Mines is essential
- Must have experience with Coupa and Ariba portals
- Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license (travel to mines required)
