POSITION INFO : REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, relevant qualification in the HVAC field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of HVAC products, technologies, and market dynamics
- Excellent design, specification and bid evaluation of mechanical equipment and systems skills
- Excellent strategic planning, business development, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Be a self-motivated and can work without supervision
- Ability to travel as required
DUTIES
Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to establish and grow the commercial sales division.Identify market opportunities, target clients, and set strategic sales goals.Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the commercial client base.Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies and campaigns.Monitor sales performance, analyse results, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales goals.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.Ensure efficient sales operations by implementing best practices, processes, and tools.Monitor and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights for senior management.Ensure exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.Gather customer feedback to continuously improve products and services.Salary : R negotiable dependent on experience
