SUMMARY :

Are you a Senior Sales Manager with 5 – 10 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, using your strategic mindset in executing sales strategies and driving revenue growth?

Our client based in Port Elizabeth requires a dynamic HVAC Sales Manager to establish and grow their commercial division.

This role will require you to sell cutting-edge technology and provide excellent customer service.

This is a new division at the company which will offer exceptional career growth.

POSITION INFO : REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric, relevant qualification in the HVAC field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of HVAC products, technologies, and market dynamics
  • Excellent design, specification and bid evaluation of mechanical equipment and systems skills
  • Excellent strategic planning, business development, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Be a self-motivated and can work without supervision
  • Ability to travel as required

DUTIES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to establish and grow the commercial sales division.
  • Identify market opportunities, target clients, and set strategic sales goals.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the commercial client base.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse results, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
  • Ensure efficient sales operations by implementing best practices, processes, and tools.
  • Monitor and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights for senior management.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Gather customer feedback to continuously improve products and services.
